It started with a problem the experts couldn't solve.

ACI grew out of Alyssa Dver's search for answers after her son was diagnosed with Dystonia, a neurological condition that left even highly accomplished specialists with few answers and a devastating prognosis.

Rather than accept that uncertainty, Alyssa followed the research across neurology, psychology, sociology and other disciplines. What began as an effort to help her son led to a much bigger discovery: confidence is not simply a feeling or personality trait. It is a measurable brain function that can be understood, influenced and strengthened.

Since 2015, American Confidence Institute has turned that science into ICF- and SHRM-accredited eClasses, live workshops, team learning programs and confidence coaching certification.
